Everything went really well. I had them cath me right after the procedure to empty my bladder because I have a weak bladder and knew I couldn't hold it for another hour and a half. We transferred two embryos. When I can get out of bed (I am on my laptop right now) I will scan a picture of them. I am calling them meeny and miney moo. I think the doctor said they were grade 2. They grade them on a 1-4 scale and he said they were almost a 1. Then he says they would only want to transfer two. I say good because I only wanted to transfer two. The transfer was easy. It really didn't hurt at all and went fast.

After about probably 45 minutes (even with them emptying my bladder) I had to pee so bad I thought I was going to die. So I did end up getting up to go to the bathroom once but the nurse said that most people end up having to get up and go.

I have to tell you even though I am really scared about having twins and have been very clear on just wanting one, now that I know that I have two embryos in there it is just hard not to root for both of them. Ya know?

Anyway, I am going to be resting in bed the next couple days. I have my laptop nearby but I am trying to take it easy.

The hard part is over now we just wait.

See this thread
http://www.justmommies.com/forums/f2...peful-bfp.html (Patty's hpts for December (testing out trigger shot to hopeful bfp))

I plan to test every day. I have a humongous stash of hpts that I have been just dying to pee on. I get my betas on 12-31.

aww how exciting. I will root for both of yours too. I would be ecstatic if both mine stick inside and make it all 9 months. My procedure hurt really bad, but only when he was putting in the cath, because my uterus is tilted and he had trouble gteting the right angle with the speculum

Wahoo! I'm so excited for your little embies. I know exactly what you mean, too...we were really hoping for a singleton pregnancy, but it was love at first sight when I saw my two little embies. I started to wish that they would both stick!

Sounds like everything went as well as can be expected. I will be stalking you

lurker terre here:

gosh it seems like it was just yesterday that you were asking questions about ttcma and now --- two little embies trying to do their thing. i wish you well. keep positive (attitude makes the tww so much easier on you) and do the bedrest required. don't freak at every little twinge --- elissa did and look where she is now!!! she wasted days of stress and worry and doubt and got two precious babies that came regardless.
