I have a question sorry it is very TMI...

I took 150mg of Clomid this month and actually got a positive OPK on cycle day 17!! On cycle day 24 I had watery brown/red discharge with a clear/yellowish hard pea size clot with blood streak tissue connected to it. When it started out as just the spotting I was hoping for implantation bleeding, but do you usually pass tissue with that? Or has anyone else had this? I was at work so I didn't think to save it for my doctor, I wish now I had.

It's definitely possible that what you saw was IB... I myself haven't really had any. It doesn't happen for everyone either. I hope whatever it was, leads to your BFP!

Well my progesterone level was only 12.89 on 150mg of Clomid. I dont really understand why I didnt ovulate since I actually got a positive on my OPK. My doc wants to see me tomorrow so I'll be sure to ask him about the other as well.

If you are still having problems with a strong O, I would ask your DR about triggering next time around. It might be the only thing you need for a

I'll be sure to ask him about that as well. But I think he is just going to refer me to an RE, since he stated when he gave me the Clomid that if it didn't work I was headed there. But since it will probably take a month or so to get into an RE I will ask him about trying that in the mean time. Thanks!

*Update*

I am just C&P this from my blog:

I just returned from my doctors appointment and I do have a small little smile on my face.....

We went over my cycle charts and discussed my blood levels. He said that I was right in telling the nurse to have my blood drawn on day 21 AND day 25 instead of just day 25. He also stated that she didn't ask him about this and just decided to only have me do it on 25. So he's convinced that even though my progesterone was only 12.89 that it may have been above 15 the day or two before. Since he believes that since I got the positive OPK I probably DID ovulate, but missed it by a day or two on the blood work.

I also questioned him about the spotting and clots I had on Sunday and he said that it is possible that it was implantation bleeding (yippy!!!) or the sad possibility that I did get pregnant this cycle and lost it very early. But although it is sad it would mean that we got pregnant!!

So now I'm still in the 2 week wait! If AF shows I will take150mg Clomid days 5-9 again. I will also be taking my temps and using the OPK's. I will have my blood drawn on cycle day 21 and if I get a positive OPK I will have another draw 7 days after that if it's not on day 14. Then I have another appointment in 4 weeks to go over all of that information unless AF doesn't show, which then I would schedule an appointment for next week to either prove pregnancy or see why I haven't started.

If after going over all of my charts and blood work he doesn't believe I am ovulating then he will refer me to an RE. But if it shows I am then he said I can do 3 months on the 150mg. If no success there then I'm on to the RE.

So either I'm pregnant in 3 months or I'm going to a higher up, lol. Everyone pray for pregnancy, RE's are expensive!

I sure hope that you are indeed Oing all on your own... and these cycles of clomid do the trick!

Of course, I hope that you get pregnant this cycle and don't have to worry about the clomid/RE!
