Hii ladies......so ihad my transfer on tues feb 9th....my preg test is scheduled for feb 20th - 3 more days....of course I couldn't wait and tested today and I got a BFP.....my hcg shot was feb 4th....it can't be that right?
The shot is usually out of your system in 10 days (1000 IUs per day, and the trigger is usually 10,000 IUs). So my guess is that the trigger is probably gone by now (unless you were on a different dose). There's always a chance the trigger lingered longer, but most likely you're really pg. Congrats!!!
I did have the normal dosage .....I'm just so nervous.....my last ivf cycle I tested a few days before and it came out negative....I tested again morning of test and it was a faint positive....for some reason I feel like this is for real....
Did you tell your dr about the faint positive you got before? I was thinking about testing before I went for the blood test too, just because I don't want to get a phone call saying it was negative while I am still hoping for a positive.....I want to be prepared. weird I know. I think your BFP is for real though! congrats!
