Starting with the bad news... I am definitely 100% not pregnant. My blood test is in an hour, but AF came full force an hour ago. Although this actually makes me a little happy... I think part of what gets me so upset is to constantly have my lingering hopes chisled away at, with the constant anxiety, constant hoping that maybe I'm a late-implanter, maybe there's still a chance... this way, today at least, I am not anxious. I finally KNOW. And it won't be a nurse crushing my hopes over the phone (I HATE that). Now I can go to my appointment and really not care at all about the results of this blood test. It's a weird kind of peace... but it's the first day in 4 weeks I haven't felt my stomach in knots, and it's a nice break.

And the good news... that means today is Day 1 and my new cycle can (hopefully) start ASAP! I was worried that all that progesterone would have delayed AF for a while, and I hate just waiting around. Now when I go for my blood test, I can kill two birds with one stone and schedule my baseline checkup too.

EDIT:
So I just went to the RE for my official beta, and they did my baseline check today. Looks like I still have a 35mm cyst on one ovary, so they're checking to see if it's releasing estrogen. If it is, we'll have to wait... so I need your T&Ps that it's an inactive cyst and we can get going again! My cycles are so long that I really don't want to have to wait 2 months to try again!

I hope that the cyst doesn't pose a problem for you.
