So, on average, how many days in a row do you normally get a positive OPK when you ovulate? The past two cycles I got a positive 2 mornings in a row & by the 3rd morning, the test line would be very faint again. This cycle, I'm on my 3rd morning of a very positive test. It just seems kind of long to me. I know that you normally ovulate between 12 & 36 hours after you detect the surge....but about 50 hours since I got the first positive & it's still positive.
just wondering if this is a normal time frame..
thanks
~K

I've gotten them for 2 days

is it possible the first one you saw might not have been as positive as you thought? there have been times when I thought I had a positive OPK, but the next one was even darker and when I compared the 2 it was clear the first one was almost positive compared to the 2nd one.

Thats what I had thought, but my husband looked at them too & they are all dark as can be. I took pics & compared & they look the same to me.

I usually only get one positive - but I also rarely test again after I get the +.

Eh, I get them for like a week, but I have PCOS and have decided my body is way out of wack with OPK's.
