I am so excited!! Finally, my ob/gyn referred me to an RE today. My doctor is fantastic and was willing to try another concoction of meds if I wanted, but he said that he thinks it's time for a fresh set of eyes and a more aggressive treatment for my infertility. He said to expect at least 2 months if not 3 months of waiting for an appointment and even gave me scripts for a higher dose of clomid to try along with the other meds while I'm waiting for my RE appt. But when I called to make the appointment I was able to get it for October 11th!!! Woooo---Hooooo....barely a month to wait!
I am so excited and totally nervous. I will probably be around CD20 when I go to the RE, so I think thats perfect timing to figure out a plan to hopefully start the very next cycle. Of course the best plan would be to get pregnant before October 11th!!
YAY! I hope the RE knows just what to do for you and you get your BFP soon! I remember being so excited when I get to go to my RE too, it was like taking a step in the right direction at the time!
After years of trying, 2 years of fertility meds, multiple surgeries, blood draws and needle sticks, some awful pre-IVF complications, and endometriosis and PCOS,
We are done TTC. Praying for peace as we accept this...
Hoping for some comfort after our most recent (and 3rd) surgery and starting Lupron!
