Do you know if there is a insurance that helps cover IVF?

I don't think there are specific insurances that do or don't cover infertility stuff. It all depends on what kind of coverage your employer offers, or what kind of plan you are in. I know there are specific states that mandate employers cover infertility.

Unfortunately, I only know of 1 company that covers infertility with a 10K maximum. It is up to a company on whether they want to cover it or not.

There are some doctors that participate in Discount Medical programs. This is a program that you enroll in, that is NOT insurance, where doctors agree to provide services at a negotiated rate when insurance doesn't cover a procedure. My RE happens to participate in one, OptumHealth Allies. PM me if you want more info!

yep this is how it works.

Almost every insurance company offers some type of infertility coverage...its just finding the EMPLOYERS who take advantage of that that is the hard part.

Conceive online has a yearly article in where they list the top 50 companies that offer IVF coverage. one of our members recently took advantage of that and applied with one of those companies to get the benefits. so it might be beneficial for you to check it out.
