My whole family does low carb and we have seen massive change for the better from cholesterol, to bloow sugar, weight loss, acne, depression..you name it...its all changed for the better.
I had GD when I was pregnant with kaylee..I only gained 11 lbs and never needed any meds. Both Kaylee and I were healthy. given that I think this article might have some weight behind it...its definitely interesting...and worth a try imo.

I did SO GOOD on low carb (for monitoring my blood sugar!) for a few months, then fell off the bandwagon recently, and this is what I needed to get back on!

Thank you!

Yeah I always highly recommend it..I cant believe how it changes things for the better.
And believe me it is hard to stick to..but sometimes you just have to let yourself cheat once in a while. After a while you dont really crave the sweets and breads anymore.
I was proud of myself for sticking to it while pregnant lol. But I had a greater cause for more than just myself.
and now I am back... actually ive been on it the passed few months and have noticed a difference in my cycle already.
I just have to remind myself...is that cookie, bread, whatever worth not having my child? the answer is always no for me.
