I don't know about you ladies, but I think it's time that we get all of Brandi's home remedies all in one spot... I know that I want to give them a try!

Spill ALL the beans girl! We want all the nitty-gritty details about how you've made this happen for yourself... again and again and AGAIN!

What were you taking for each BFP's? How much of everything, how often... tell us everything!

I know that what worked for me was the soy + lemon water + geritol.

Brandi was the one who suggested I take the lemon water and geritol and I THINK thats what she has been taking each time and she has added in the soy.

what I did was take the juice from one whole lemon...i put it in a glass of tap water (no ice) and put a couple of packets of spenda in there to sweeten. I think Brandi does a half lemon..but not sure. I do know it has to be fresh lemons because its all about the antioxidants. the lemon juice is supposed to be a cleanser for the body.

I drank this every morning and sometimes every night right before bed. I think Brandi drank it a couple times a day as well.

She also suggested taking Geritol, which I started doing.

I wanted to take Soy Isoflavones which is a natural clomid so I added that in to my regimen as well. I did this for 2 months and got my BFP. I dont have an easy time concieving either...it took us 5 yrs to get our son and we had just tried a 3rd IVF in october ttc another baby which also failed...2mths on this and I conceived our daughter. I truly truly believe there is something in this combination..I dont believe it was just a coincidence.

its a multi vitamin...you see it associated with the older population because it has every supplement vitamin mineral you need.

Great info, Christin! Thank you! One question I have had and have been forgetting to ask you ladies. I did NOT do well on clomid and it thinned my lining big time. I wonder if the soy would have the same affect? Should I stay away from it?

Im not sure if it thins the lining or not... good question!

my RE always had me on estrogen supplements days 8-12 after taking clomid to counteract any negative lining issues.

I know that Brandi has had lining issues in the past with other drugs but it doesnt look like she's having those problems on the Soy.

another thing for those interested in soy isoflavones..I got mine from walmart for $6 and I took 200mg days 3-7...whatever dose you are on for clomid (i was on 100mg clomid) you should double your dose for the soy because soy is not as strong as clomid.

Goin to jump in here.....hope you don't mind. Do you take the geritol in additon to a prenatal vitamin or just one or the other? I am jumping back on the ttc wagon and we aren't going to do any MA this time around. Need all the help I can since our son was conceived via IVF! Thanks for the info!

So tell me about how this helps. Does it help ovulation or just make our innards more friendly to sperm?

the soy helps ovulation, the lemon water is a cleanser...its a strong antioxidant which improves egg quality along with other things, and the geritol is a great vitamin to take in general.

Thanks for the info...I think I will try it next month if I don't get a BFP off of Femara alone.

This morning I checked to see what month I would be due if I got a BFP this month. Its strange but my DH bday is in April, we got married in May and my bday is June, guess what month I would be due! July! now if I could only make it the 16th, then it would all be the same number! LOL

Hmmm, this is funny, because I was just looking at a juicer the other day I'm not holding out hope for a natural BFP, but if I get my cycle back much before we are ready to do an FET, I'll definitely give the lemon and geritol thing a try!
