Just curious to when you girls start testing out the trigger shot so you don't get a false +. I don't want to go through what poor Ashley went through thinking the HCG was out of her system. I have a bunch of IC's to pee on, so I was thinking of starting to POAS at 6 or 7 DPO... is that silly? Confession: I actually POAS using an IC the night after I triggered to see what a + looked like. It was extremely, extremely light so I can't imagine it getting lighter than that every day. I wonder if IC's suck for testing out a trigger. Anybody have any recommendations? TIA!

I've tested IC's out on a trigger before... lemme find the pic:

I don't remember when they stopped showing though. As a rule now I don't test until at least the day before AF is due. I do have a bazillion IC's though!

Thanks Lindsey! That's helpful. Unfortunately I don't know when AF starts because all of my cycles are typically 50+ days. Not to mention I don't have the will power not to POAS as soon as possible. I just don't want to get a false + if I wait to test.

Well, I meant I don't test until 14 DPO for pregnancy usually.

The first time I tested every single DPO also, just this last time (as we all know unfortunately ) I waited to test until later and then had lots of issues with thinking the line was gone. I DEFINITELY say once you start testing dont stop until the line is starrrrrrrrrk white and I mean not even a hint of something, because every single test has a different amount of dye and the next time you test (like me) you can get a line and think its real when really its just leftover from the trigger and messing with you NOT FUN!
