I am not sure why I have been spotting in the 2nd half of my last 2 cycles.....
I have been off BC since Aug 1st. Had AF 28 days later...but started spotting around CD22 - CD 24 then again right before AF showed up. This cycle started spotting CD 18-23 stopped Sunday monday started again yesterday AF should show tomorrow....

I used the CBE fertility monitor this cycle...gave me 2 highs, 2 peaks, 1 high and then lows.... which is good.

I don't understand the spotting however. I go to the doc for my pap next week.... any suggestions???

There are lots of reasons for spotting. Anything from a hormone imbalance, irritated cervix and dtd. I used to spot from 5dpo to af arriving and I am low on progesterone. if your worried and this is recurrent definitely talk to your ob about it.

It is most likely your body still trying to adjust after you quit the BC. Some women immediately have normal cycles, but many take a while for things to get back to normal. I would give your body more time to adjust before you start to worry!

I get AF right on schedule.... 28 days each month. It's just weird that I have been spotting after O almost until AF.

Oh and I was taking baby aspirin the last 2 cycles...... if that has anything to do with it.

I'd say give it a couple more months and if you are still spotting, talk with your DR about getting some b/w done.

Okay. Will do. I will mention it, and see what she says....

I will be getting blood work done but more like cholestrol and thyroid and such.....
I just want this so bad....

I also have mild endometriosis.... so I know my clock ticks a bit louder these days.... have had 3 surgeries.

Not sure if the aspirin may have some impact since it will thin your blood....I dont take anything but still continue to spot every single cycle from about 7DPO until AF shows. Initially I thought it was due to low progesterone but even after getting meds it still happens ??!! My ob/gyn & RE both know, they dont seem too worried though.....

I don't have anything new to add, but wanted to wish you luck! Hopefully your cycle straightens itself out and you get that BFP soon. GL!

Thanks girls. I was thinking the bc and endo could have been the cause.
I will see what the doc says.....

AF showed today right on schedule.... booooo!!!

I am not going to take aspirin this cycle. Just use my monitor and maybe chart. Oh and evening primrose oil. I need some help in that area.
