Is it normal for RE's to do day three labs on day 2. This is my first cycle with an RE and I'm finding they do things very differently than my OB/GYN. I start the clomid 100mg on day 5 and then go back for more BW on Day 10. Is this the norm for the clomid challenge?

I don't think your results on Day 2 will be much different than on Day 3. They probably just wanted to get it done on a Friday, if they aren't open on weekends.

Also, Day 10 is a good time to start taking a look at how you are responding to the clomid. Are they doing an u/s?

My RE likes to do bloodwork when you start a new cycle between day 2-4.

Totally normal. They are trying to 'read' your cycle.

Day 2-4 is basically when they can "read" your body, your cycle, your fertility. It's a short window, but everything seems ok thus far
