Hey ladies. I am wondering if anyone has an HcG trigger shot experience they'd like to share. I got the shot Monday the 13th and have been feeling kinda awful today. Like weird lower stomach pains that come and go..Like zaps of em. Kinda nauseous. Boobs hurt. Heartburn last night. This is all just now starting. Like a few days after the shot I was weepy, nauseated, etc and I just expected that. But I am kinda wondering why I am feeling icky today...almost 7 days after the shot. Is this normal? What was your experience with the trigger shot like?
Thanks in advance, loves.

I always did the shot in my stomach, and usually at night (with one or two "Go home and trigger NOW" experiances!) I've done it about 10 times... yeesh.

Anyways one side effect I always had was BRUISING. I always have gnarly bruises from injects. But thats just me..

Otherwise maybe a little tired, and a teeny bit sore bbs... but some of that could have been the prometrium too! Too many meds to keep straight what side effects go to what! I DO know that when I tested it out, it was usually gone by day 6-7.

Hi Maggie....I took my HSG shot Saturday 12/11 too and had b2b iui's Sunday and Monday. I always get very sore bb's and nipples. Make me pee more often too. Today I am 6 dpiui and still have terribly sore bb's and nipples.

Hopefully this is a good sign for both of us, but unfortunately I think they are sypmtoms from out trigger shots.

Yeah, I am not looking too deep into how I'm feeling at all. I do keep getting random pains like in my uterus and lower tummy.. And that is a totally brand new feeling to me. I cramped the whole way through Clomid the first 3 times and this time, it's not that kind of cramps. But this is the first time it's actually worked for me.. So this time WOULD be different. I think it is from the shot, too- but just wondering. Wish I had tested it out, too. But I am going to test Dec 27th I think. If AF doesn't show first.

Sorry for the yucky side effects....hopefully they're just the early signs of your BFP!

AFM, I have only had soreness at the injection site for a few days. Can't wait to hear good news next week!

I didn't really have many side effects after my HCG trigger shots. Just sore boobs a little, but that was about it. I hope all your side effects is a good sign!
