Hello I had IUI Dec 16th and my doctor told me to test Friday and then call them. I tested today and got a BFN. Hope it will change by Friday! Lots of lower back cramps, just hope it's not AF!

"JustJeni" and "Kim22" how was your experience with IUI? I think that that would be my next step and am a bit nervous about it.......

I certainly hope that that will change for you too! It's still a little early, that BFN can still turn into a BFP. Hoping that's the case for you!

Yes, this was my first IUI.......in my opinion, it was a very easy procedure. Took about 3 minutes for the actual procedure....maybe not even that long and then I just laid there for about 20 minutes. There's not really any pain involved except maybe a slight twinge or two, but nothing to worry about.
Unfortunately mine didn't take and I will be taking at least 2 months off and am trying Brandi's baby magic recipe LOL....I am taking off because the RE is alittle ways of a drive and with winter here, I do not want to be driving on the highways in the snow. I am not a fan of winter driving.
If I don't conceive in the next two months on my own, we will probably do another IUI in March.
Good luck!

I just completed three cycles of IUI - the first two with Clomid and then HCG trigger and then the last was with the injectible Follistim and HCG trigger. I got a BFP on 12/16 (after 26 months of TTC with no luck!!!) I have another friend who also got pregnant on her first month of Follistim. You should look into using it if you haven't done so already.
