Ok girls,I woke up, peed on a stick , called and I went to the doctor.. I couldn't get in with my original doc but I saw his PA and she seemed very optimistic. She said that my positive pregnancy test this morning was a GREAT sign and that some women just plain bleed when they're pregnant. She said it could be breakthrough, implantation, just bleeding, or worst case scenario :miscarriage. But she said the fact that I keep getting positives is very good.
The bleeding has slowed down immensely which is so comforting to me. But you know, I will not be super satisfied until I see the ultrasound today at 1:30 and see my numbers going up when I go back to get blood drawn again Thursday. She also put me on bed rest.. No work for me til she sees me again Thursday. :-/ I am pretty anxious about that. Hope it doesn't screw them up at work- but I can't really do much about it. This little monster is much more important to me.

That's wonderful news! You just lie very still in that warm, comfy bed and let your little bean snuggle in tight. Good luck!!!

Well girls- they saw SOMETHING, but aren't sure yet. It was a teeny something so they think I could be earlier than previously thought. :-/ I am not sure what to think. I kinda just want to accept it and move on already.

Oh wow.. She actually showed me something that looked like that.. And she said I would be 4 weeks 6 days but could be earlier along than that, too.....!

She said it looked like the start of a gestational sac.. but she couldn't be sure, it still may be too early.. And that pic of yours is of your twins?! Awww..! So one would be tinier!!

Yeah, the twins were in the same sac, so I would imagine that a singleton sac may be a bit smaller! I'm so hopeful for you Maggie! 4.6 weeks is sooooooo early! The fact they can see a little black dot like that at all is awesome! And my numbers were super HIGH at this point

This is still looking VERY promising to me! The fact that they can see anything at all is really a big deal. It's crazy that they can pick up such an early pregnancy on ultrasound. Keeping up thoughts and prayers for you hon! Right now, I think a good doubling time on your blood draws should be the first thing to hold on to, then the ultrasounds. Those scans can be pretty far off sometimes.

your way!
