So I tried it for the first time this morning, and didn't find it was all that bad. I have to admit I added two tsps of splenda to it though.
For those that don't like it, would it be wrong to add it to lemonade? I was just thinking that it would make it a bit more sour, but at least the flavor would be more appealing?
So for a half a lemon, I got about 1 ounce of juice out of it...does that sound about right? A couple of years ago I bought a handheld citrus juicer from pampered chef and have never used it until now - works like a charm btw! (This is the link if anyone is interested...takes up way less room than an electric juicer: Citrus Press : Kitchenware : The Pampered Chef, Ltd.)
Is there such a thing as too much? I read that some women were doing juice from a whole lemon twice a day, others just a half a lemon. Is more better? I'm just wondering because it would be easy to squeeze the lemon juice on to my salads or soak apple slices in lemon juice to add more to my diet if more is better.

Juice half a lemon
Add 3/4 tsp of stevia
12 oz of hot water
I'm getting used to it now; it's not so bad anymore. Though with my two lemon "teas" and my two peppermint teas, it's getting to be a bit much! I might do the lemon shot thing tomorrow and see how that goes.
Then again, I suppose I am getting a lot of water that way... who knows. LOL
