Today is day 5 of Bravelle and Menopur, I have been feeling something going on the last couple of days, but today I got a few quick pains on my left side and I am a little worried that this isn't normal. On the other hand, my left side is the side they counted over 20 follicles so maybe it just means that the meds are working and they are already getting crowded because there are so many. Any input or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Totally normal!! Your ovaries have never been this big before, so things are growing and stretching to make room for all those follies. Pains, both sharp and dull achey ones, are normal and expected. Good luck...I'm excited that you are underway!

Thanks that makes me feel better, this is all so new that even after doing a ton of research I still feel like I don't know what to expect!

It's definitely normal - especially with 20 follies! My ovaries got so big that at our 12 week NT scan, my ovaries were bigger than the baby! Consider it a sign that the meds are working.
