I triggered on CD 9 (after a CD8 u/s) just being on Femara. If this time doesnt work, I'm moving to injects. What was your dose of injects you used ?? I dont know a thing about injects really, other than I think RE mentioned starting on CD3. Please share

i'm on 75 iu's of gonal F everyday, I went in this morning for my US and there was one follie measuring 13 and the rest were under 10 so no triggering for me. I'm not sure what the plan is from here, I have to wait for the nurse to call me. I'll keep you posted.

I triggered day 10 after taking injectables from CD 3-9.

I hope the increase in meds does the trick for you. Good Luck!

Yes, this pregnancy was a result of that IUI cycle. We got really lucky, it was our first one and it worked, despite the really low odds they gave us.

Sota, How many follies did you have?
I'm surprised at my 1, becuase when i was doing the clomid, i would have 2-3, I have heard that injectables should give you more.

I thought she had told me 4, but looking back at my online records, it looks like I had only three. However, I had one lead follicle the entire time, the other two were small (12 and 10, while the lead was 16). My E2 was just at 178 (she had me do two more days of injects after that scan and then trigger), so it was anticipated that I would just have one follicle that would be viable. But, I am having twins, so either that one egg split early or one of the other follies caught up. I wasn't monitored when I was on Clomid, so I am not certain how many follies I produced during that time. My perinatalogist did tell me that almost all the higher order multiples he sees come from injectable IUI cycles.

I have my fingers crossed for you. Hopefully you will be able to trigger soon and get your BFP two weeks after that!
