I had my first IUI on the 16th and everything went well.

I have been diagnosed with unexplained infertitlity after trying for 2 years with no results. In those 2 years I did 4 rounds of clomid, and 2 of those rounds i did a trigger shot as well. But still no results. After changing doctors I was told that I have hostile cervial mucus. And the only way to get around this was IUI. We could try naturally for the rest of our lives and only have a 1% chance of conceiving.

This cycle I did clomid on day 2 to 6. I had an ultrasound on day 11 which showed 2 follicles on at 12 the other at 9. I went back for a second ultrasound on day 14 and the larger follicle was at 18. I was advised to do 5000 units (half) the trigger shot on the morning of day 15 and we would do the IUI on day 16. I was then advised to give myself 2500 units (a qarter) of the trigger shot on day 20 (or 5 days from the first injection).

Today I am feeling great! Other than a headache on the days I gave myself the trigger shot and a bit of nausea last night I can't really complain of any other problems. I have noticed a bit of cramping today.....which I hope is a sign of implantation! I havn't really had a temperature spike like I thought I would have. It has been a more gradual incline this month.....not sure what that is all about? Anyone else have experience with a gradual increase rather than a sharp spike? And today I noticed that I have am having tons of creamy CM........this is a good thing right???????

I have been a long time stalker of the just mommies boards! Everyone hear is so knowledgable and helpful. I guess since this is my first IUI attempt I am looking for any kind of hints, tips or things that might be different.
