Hi everyone. I introduced myself here back in Jan but I have just been lurking every since but I think I am going to be more active so I thought I would re introduce myself and post an update. Some of you I know from TTC #1 so Hi!!!
I am Elle (35) and DH is Patrick (38). As for how long we have been TTC I just don't know! Crazy right? We started trying casually in May 2010 and really got down to business in August 2010. So I guess about 9 months total, 6 of being really focused on it. Before that we were NTNP for a while. I finally found a great OBGYN in Nov and he started me on 5 mg of Femara based on my low progesterone level of 10. DH also had an SA and that came back great! The next month my progesterone level was much higher at 26.9 but I just got my results back for this month today and they are low again at 12.5. Ugh! I am so frustrated! So we have a new plan and it involves more MA so that is why I think I will be more involved here, plus I think you ladies are awesome!
Here is the plan for next month.
1. 7.5 mg of Femara
2. Cycle monitoring with US
3. Possible trigger shot
4. Have an HSG done to check my tubes. (I haven't had much testing done besides bw for thyroid issues)
So far the only issue we have found is my low progesterone. I tend to ovulate every month around CD 14 -15, my LP is around 14 - 16 days and my cycle is about 32 days. Pretty normal. I do tend to have heavy, long periods and cramps but on the Femara that has all gotten better. That's my story! I look forward to getting to know you all better. Here is to lots of BFP's in our future!
