Good news always comes with bad..... So... here we go.

Bad first:

my CD 3 labs from Feb (BEFORE the BCP) were:

FSH: 10 ()
LH: 6.5
E2: 54

The higher FSH was a shocker, since that is on the high end of normal, low end of abnormal (especially for my age, I'm 22)

And DH's sperm counts are low. Slightly low, but still.
46% motility
19 count (I'm unsure of the multiplying factor in this)
and 25% morphology

Beyond those... we are officially released to Walter Reed, looking to do a fresh IVF cycle in July! Should hear from the hospital in 1-2 weeks. I am anxious. Very very anxious.

It was sad leaving my RE's office... I love the staff. I know things are happening for the best, but I still wonder constintly "what if" we tried just one more round of this, or that... but knowing how EVERYTHING and the PCOS/Endo thrown in has odds against us, we know this is what we need to do. I almost want to cry thinking I won't be seeing my awesome nurses again! Or my Dr! I really did like them!

*sigh* onto bigger and better things, right?

Glad to hear you guys will be able to do the July IVF. I think if this new place is better ready to handle it because of the PCOS/Endo, etc then you did make the right choice eventhough its hard to leave a great team behind. Hugs

I'm so excited that your cycle is getting closer and closer Keep us posted when you get accepted and get more dates and info!

I totally understand about the RE...I was seeing mine and the nurses so often during IVF and for all our betas that I really missed him and the nurses when we were released back to a regular OB/GYN.

Thanks guys! I'm very excited/anxious/terrified about what's ahead for us!

Tentatively, we should be there in July. I'm already wanting to know WHEN for sure though, so I can plan dates! Looks like we will be taking two trips, unless they let us wait for our consult until RIGHT before... who knows. :S
