1. where do they put the needles?
2. do they use a heat lamp?
3. do you feel any different?
4. does it hurt?

1. she puts the needles on each ear, scalp, belly, crease in both arms, one on each foot
2. heat lamp on belly, but now that i am in the TWW, it is contraindicated
3. maybe a tad more relaxed
4. sometimes; i have had to have her reposition a few times

I have only done this once because I got pg the time I did it. Before the transfer (I did an FET) she place them in my scalp, ears, belly, one between my breasts, one between my eyes on my forehead, a few on my arms and maybe 5 or 6 on each leg/foot, with the heat lamp on my belly. After the transfer, everything seemed to be the same except no heat lamp and no needles on my belly. There were a few times that I had to have her reposition them because they were uncomfortable. It really relaxed me. Every time I would fall asleep and the rest of the day I was just easy going

1. Mainly my legs and ankles. I also had some in my belly, one between my eyes, some in my wrists and in my scalp. They changed each time based on where I was in my cycle.
2. Yes. She used a heatlamp on my feet each time. I sometimes had one over my belly, again, depending on where I was in my cycle.
3. I felt way more relaxed and had a lot more energy.
4. I only had one needle hurt the 3 months I did acupuncture. She took it out after trying to reposition it once.
