Hey everyone I just wanted to ask if you elevate how high do you elevate? I always worry that I'm not high enough also for how long? Also and this maybe a tmi question but do clean up after bding? I know your not supposed to stand up and I don't my DH brings me a washcloth I wonder sometimes if I am getting rid of the little guys. I just assume that only whats already in will be there and I can wash. plus i'm terrified of getting a yeast infection. It may be a silly question but It popped into my head last night before I went to sleep and who better to ask then all of ;you.

As far as I know, just wiping the outside area should not be any problem...and yes, do not stand up. About elevation, i tried a pillow, just under lower back-i kind of went with how i felt-which ever position i felt comfortable and for however long. Not to mention i have not gotten preggo myself-but i think its more than just that (in my case). sorry i am not too much help here.
good luck

Or you can also do the upside down bicycle although it is a bit tiring.
I've heard it works. LOL!

I usually put a pillow under my hips, so they are just slightly tilted. I sometimes get all ready for bed before hand and then just stay in bed after. Otherwise, like in the am, I just stay lying down like that for about 10 to 20 minutes depending on how long I can stand it and then I get up and wipe off the excess with tp.
