Hi my name is Lovisa (38) and DH (48). I frequent the trying to conceive after loss board.
We had a 2nd trimester loss in Oct 30, 2009.
Nothing genetically wrong with fetus or placenta
I had my first HSG in April 2009 and the OBgyn doc determined then that I had a "bicornuate" uterus.
I had a hate relationship with clomid for 9 months almost straight in 2010 from July to March 2011. My OBgyn was doing the same thing "hoping" that my body was going to respond differently if he would increase dosage.
Anyway after realizing that what he was doing did not work he referred me to reproductive endocrinology doctor.
After many tests and now on 50mg synthroid due to TSH level not being in the right range I am on MA for my fertility.
I started my Gonal-F shots on 12/5/11 and they started my on 75IU for 3 days. Then went to RE office for bw and u/s. Small follicles in both ovaries. BW revealed low estrogen so the RE wanted to double the dose to 150IU.
I went again last saturday and two follicles on each ovary was one 11.5mm and 12.4mm
I continued with 150IU of Gonal-F until tonight
Tomorrow morning I go in again for u/s and bw then I know if I am going to trigger on friday and have insemination on Sunday.
If you want to know more please ask.
