This past cycle I used Femara and had a trigger on Nov 28th, IUI on Nov 29th and I think I ovulated on the 30th. I usually have a 26 day cycle. I haven't had any symptoms at all!
I am currently CD29 (AF Late) and 14dpo. AF is still not here! I went for a blood test yesterday, called for the results this morning and the nurse said Negative. WHat is going on with me? I am confused, sad and hurt. I'm trying to have hope, but it's too difficult right now. Anyone else ever go through something like this?

I have no experience with that. I'm on Clomid and have read up on it, and I've heard that it can lengthen LP in some women, so maybe Femara can, too? Do you temp? Are you on progesterone or any other supplements right now?

Jan. 2009: Came off years of BCP and started TTC
March 2010: BFP -- finally!
Oct. 22, 2010: Drew is born, but has to stay in the NICU because of cord complications resulting in oxygen deprivation and brain problems =(
Oct. 27, 2010: I held him in my arms while Daddy, Grandma, Great-Uncle and I sang him to sleep =( Hardest thing I've ever done...
June 14, 2011: Drew's baby brother or sister waved hi to us with a BFP!
June 25, 2011: Natural miscarriage... Can we please catch a break here?
Nov. 2011: 100mg Clomid followed by 2mg Estrogen, Ovidrel trigger, and 200mg progesterone suppositories 2x/day 14 days. BFN.
Dec. 2011: 2nd medicated cycle. BFN.
Jan. 2012: Took a month off to breathe...
Feb. 2012: Same regimen of Clomid and other meds, add IUI. 2 eggs and 8.5 million swimmers. BFN.
March 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-11, follie scan CD 8 showed 6 follies likely to mature. Triggered, IUI on CD 14, 4 million swimmers. BFN.
April 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-10. Scan showed 2 mature follies, 2 almost certain to mature, and two not likely but possible. (All 6 evenly and perfectly spaced out between the left and the right.) Triggered, IUI CD 13 with 5 million swimmers. BFN.
May 2012: 75 IU Follistim starting CD 3. Waiting to O. Timed intercourse. Likely 5 follies to mature.

Unfortunatley I don't temp and I'm not taking any progesterone or any other supplements. I have zero symptoms and I always get a little crampy before AF. Any ideas?
I think I'd like to temp for future cycles.

Hmmm...that is a strange one for sure! Were you monitored with u/s and or b/w to time the trigger? In other words, were you sure that the follie(s) were ready for the trigger? That is the only thing I can think of...that maybe you didn't ovulate?

I know CLomid lengthens my LP, so its very possible that Femara has lengthened yours as well. I'd not stress it until you get to 18 DPT

I had an u/s the day of my trigger. I had 2 follies. One was 21 and the other was 20. I triggered right there in the office after the u/s. Any way I could have a late implanter? I'm not going to stress about it anymore. I'm so tired (we've been ttc for 4 years!), and just confused. You know?

Those follies sound pretty good....I can't see why they wouldn't have ruptured.
I think Jen might have hit it on the head with the lengthened LP scenario, although a late implanter is always a possibility. Did your nurse give you a number from the bloodwork, or just the "negative" determination?

I hope your bloodwork was wrong. I sure seems like you've been through a lot and the odds are in your favor now for your BFP. Good Luck.
A lot of BFP come from the strangest cycles!!!

Just negative. I called back for next steps and they told me the dr ordered them to check my estrogen level and progesterone and for me to call back tomorrow morning.

My dr called and said my progesterone is really high but my pregnancy test was negative. ***?!? Even more confused now.

that is weird. I'd have them run another HCG level for you at this point, or see if you mayve have a functional cyst that is preventing AF from showing
