I always took mine at night b/c sometimes the stuff leaks out a little bit. But I don't think it really matters when you take it.

I have to take them twice a day, morning and night. I try to make sure that I lay down for at least 30 minutes, 60 is better, afterwards. I also use a pantiliner. They are terribly messy.

Did your Dr. perscribe it? He should tell you. I take prometrium pill once daily per his instruction. You know if you start progesterone and get a bfp you have to continue it until like 12 wks pg?

I was just curious. Many women on here just get it at the store and start using it without the Dr. advice. Good luck!

I haven't taken it but from taking other meds, I have found it is best to take at night whatever you can. It lessens the side effects you will feel.
