Hi Ladies -

So remember I had to take the month of TTCMA becuase my ovaries where to big to do a second medicated IUI in row. So here I am all natural this cycle. Well I am CD17 and still no postivie OPK. I always O between cd12-cd15. Has the medicated cycles messed me up? Will I miss O you think? Am I out of eggs? UGH!

I have cm and slight left ovary twinges. Gosh the twinges seem so light now that I am used to feeling them with the medication now. CAN I GET A POSITIVE OPK PLEASE ALREADY?!?!

*hugs* Medicated cycles can really mess up the following cycles, especially if your ovaries were too large or you had a bunch of smaller follicles that had already grown a bit. If you haven't gotten a positive OPK by CD21, I'd go ahead and give your doctor a call and see what they say

I didn't start testing till CD12. Twice a day. Once in the am and once around 6 pm. I wonder if missed it? I didn't start getting CM though until CD12. I will say though at CD17 I feel like CM starting to go away.

I am not throwing the towel in yet for TTCMA, but I am holding the towel in my hand. It doesn't appear that this is a possibiltiy for us without either adoption or IVF.

Sorry hun Sometimes our bodies get confused on what to do on their own after a medicated cycle. It can't hurt to call after a few more days and see what they say.

I will call on monday if I don't get a positive opk. I think I might have missed it. Maybe I o'd on cd 10 and 11. Or maybe I am just not gonna O at all.

Stupid birthday is Wed too. I'll be 42. I'll never get pregnant without IVF now.... I can't beleive I got to be 42 already. I want to kick DH right now for waiting so long. I am having a pitty party day. I'll be better tomorrow.

i also wanted to offer up that maybe OPKs just failed you too...last cycle RE definitely thinks I O'd but we missed (obviously) timing wise and despite taking 2+ OPKs/day over that period i didn't get a single positive.

I wish there was something I could do other than offer encouragement. It sucks to be dealing with a messed up cycle. My best guess is your body is just trying to straighten itself out after all that medication. Hopefully you will still O, just later than you are used to.

Thanks guys. I think maybe I wouldn't be in such a panic if I wasn't turning 42. Every month is just super crucial now becuase of my age and to miss my O is just another kick in the butt.

Someone turn back the clock on my eggies.
