Can someone please explain to me the difference between implantation cramping and PMS cramping... I have never had either... but my sister thinks she is pregnant and had some mild-sharp cramps on both sides of her pelvis yesterday evening. Today nothing.... she said usually she gets a swollen feeling around the lips of her vajayjay (TMI sorry) and she knows that AF is on her way. She did Clomid CD 3-7 this cycle and ovulated roughly between CD 11-13 which was Jan 19-21. She did not to the temping this cycle. She plans to test on Friday but does not want disappointment, which so many of us know too well..

If you have had implantation cramping.. does this sound like that? Honestly I have no advice for her... so i thought you girls were the key to get this mystery solved

TIA!

it sounds promising - i hope it's a good sign for her!

i only noticed implantation cramping (and i had slight implantation spotting) with 1 pregnancy - it felt like sharp little twinges, a little painful for a second...not long lasting, but recurring if that makes sense. Definitely different than AF onset cramping, which feels longer & more achy
