I posted here a lot last year &year before, when we were trying for our rainbow baby after we lost our twins . We only did two cycles in 2011 and then I had to take a step back for awhile... So I was all set to come back here and post... I'm not sure if I ca though ,so I had a question . A litle background ... My LMP started on JAN 7th . I did femara 3-7(2 pills a day) gonal-F 112.5 IU days 8-11, got a smiley on CBE digi ovulation test on CD 11 in the AM,did two 250 ug Ovidrel shots, so 500 total and had my IUI on CD 12 ... I have never used ovidrel before,only normal HCG triggers . 5,000 IU and 10,000 IU ... most time with both they were gone by day 8-10 post trigger.. both doses . One time it stuck around till 12 days past the shot but the line was soooo super faint , you honestly could barely see it ... So this time I'm nervous because I don't know how long the Ovidrel will stay in my system . I always test them out . This time I started at day 8 DPT,7DPO, with FRER tests , it was faint but there, I waited 2 days ,so 10 DPT/9DPO ad it was the same darkness.. Still light but there... I was sure it would be gone by then . Thought it was odd it was still the same shade . So I tested the ext day 11DPT/10DPO ad it was a little darker ... Tested the next day 12 DPT/11 DPO & it was even darker, 13 DPT/12 DPO was much darker and today 14 DPT/13 DPO it was almost as dark as the control line o FRER ad CE digi said positive . My question is if it is in some weird way still the ovidrel ,because I took 500 ? I've been told 500 Ovidrel is 10,000 normal HCG, so it should be gone or at least fading,not getting darker ... Soot by now normal HCG would ave been gone .... I'm very scared because of losing my twins... I'm having a little cramping which I'm told is normal & tiny bit of darker cream CM withsuper tiny dark brown flecks in it ... which Im also told can be normal in early pregnancy... My official testing day is tomorrow(I'm a nigt owl, so thats in about 25 mins . ) when I wake up, I Have to POAS,call my RE, they will order blood tests, and then I have to wait for the numbers.... BTW, 30 mins after using the bathroom, I POASd again tonight & it was super dark right away late this evening ... So can I be happy ? Thanks guys..... Im really scared.. just not sure wats going on !!

if your tests are getting darker, I would say it is a BFP! Good luck!

Thanks for the answers guys !! Well the RE called me back this morning & my first beta values were HCG:173 ,Progesterone 37 ... The nurse said she thought my progesterone was a little high but that it was ok ... Is 173 ok for 14dpo why would my progesterone be high ? &lastly.... its not the ovidrell 500,right? Im so nervous... I go tomorrow for my 2nd beta & they will schedule me for my 1st ultrasound tomorrow night when they call me with the results of beta two ... Thanks guys!! Nope, not the ovidrel. Those results sounds awesome. I know my RE looks for a progesterone level of above 20, preferably, and an HCG level of 50 at 14DPO, so you definitely got those numbers. Hopefully today's beta goes good as well!

Hi girls !!! So Beta # 2 came back as 390 ,progesterone up to 45 . I go in Feb 28th for our first ultrasoud !! So to recap, beta #1 173,progesterone 39 .... Beta # 2 390,Progesterone 49 . They were done at 14 and 16dpo .... Thanks so much guys !! I was here a lot in 2010 & a little in 2011, the support I got from the girls here was awesome !! Sticky baby dust to all of you & I hope and pray all of you get your beans soon !!!!
