No anyone can take it from the store. It's not very regulated, so similar to say St Johns Wort, you never truly know how much you are getting. And much controversy has happened when different testing agencies pulled DHEA off the shelves and tested their amounts of DHEA compared to their label amounts, and some were found to literally be sugar pills

We just usually don't test everyone. I think it also means your progress towards losing eggs should be slower, since it looks like a normal aging process and not some weird anomaly
Well that would be great - normal aging a tiny bit early - that sounds good. That probably means I have a few years..... fingers crossed.

I've stopped the dhea for now..... I just can't make up my mind about it. I don't want it to interfere with this cycle - just in case this is the one - lol!

Arrrghhh, what a mess. Is there any other tests I should get my doctor to put on standing order for me?

I have FSH, estradoil (which I understand should be taken with the FSH) and DHEA testing - any others I should ask for so that I can monitor myself?

Nina-Your AMH is really not that bad at ALL. Many, many, many women have conceived naturally with AMH's much, much worse than yours. Mine is .13, and I am still very hopeful that I will concieve.

I read two great books by Julia Indichova that have given me a lot of hope. The first book is called Inconceivable and the follow up book is called The Fertile Female. Both books explain the mind/body connection in a way that really made sense to me. I've always wondered why people ttc for years and years, try IVF multiple times, try donor eggs, or adopt and suddenly wind up pregnant, naturally after years and years of struggle. I went to a workshop in Woodstock, NY (I live in OH) and found it to be a changing event for me. I then joined the phone circles. They help to keep me sane. It's been really helpful for me to hear voices of others going through similar struggles. All the best to you.

Thank you. Yes, I know I am in an okay position right now - but the future is pretty scary! My fingers are crossed that I will conceive naturally soon and not miscarry!
