Hi All,
I'm at the end of my first Clomid cycle with an hcg trigger and I'm wondering if the differences I'm seeing in my cycle are normal. My luteal phase is longer by a day so far with no current spotting and no period symptoms. I usually spot for several days before my period, but nothing right now. My temp is not dropping and I spotted a bit at 8DPO, so I got all hopeful and crazy thinking this was finally the month, but I'm getting BFNs so I'm wondering if this is because of the Clomid. Anyone else have experience with this? Has Clomid lengthened your LP and changed your normal symptoms?

Thanks!!!

Clomid can have a huge impact on your normal symptoms and lengthen your luteal phase. How much depends on how short it usually is and how much Clomid you were on.

Clomid and a trigger shot can definitely affect your luteal phase. It really just depends on your dosage and how you react to it.

i wanted to wish you luck too!!

So far Clomid + Ovidrel haven't impacted my cycle/phase length but i'm on lowest dose basically of both...the Prometrium I take though definitely delayed AF onset in first cycle I took it (2nd cycle on it was an early loss).
