So I've had a little mix-up with my RE's office...and just left the nurse a vm with my questions too - but would love to get advice here on whether i'm worrying for no reason.
My natural progesterone levels have been deemed lacking after a couple cycles of tracking them, so RE has me on Prometrium (200mg/1x daily) and even on that my levels were never great, sort of barely adequate. So this cycle RE had me start them early (2DPO instead of 5DPO) and when I went in for the follie check he asked me if i needed another prescription (we didn't discuss precise dosage beyond moving it up and continuing 1x/daily) and i said "no" because with last pregnancy which ended almost as soon as it started they had called me in a 30 day script which I hadn't even touched and I had 5 supplements left from cycle before that.
So i've been using up the 5 leftover from prior cycle...and I go to check the 30 day supply they called in when i was pregnant - to discover they made that a 100mg dose/1x daily - which I think was a mistake and likely caused b/c my RE was out when the first beta was done so a different doc was covering for him and called the prescription in.
Question: Can you double up on a 100mg suppository? or do you think I should just have them redo the prescription & throw out the 100mgs? I called nurse and asked this question...curious if anyone else has run into this before....I worry, because my levels sucked even on 200mg so I definitely don't think 100mg was intended or sufficient - but I don't know if two separate ones makes a difference or if doubling up is a no-no.

They'll probably have you do two a day, 12 hrs apart.

Given the go ahead TTC after 1/2012 clomid and ovidrel 4/12 and 5/12 cycle.
On ttc break after being told we failed post coital test. Last AF 5/22/2012.
Positive HPT 6/15/2012.
13dpo hcg 170 progesterone 21
17 dpo hcg 694 progesterone 26. Ultrasound scheduled 7/2/2012
i finally got call back...apparently i can take 2 at the same time and they didn't seem too worried about it. Possibly separating the doses might be smart though since the larger dose already causes a lot of dizziness.
thanks for the feedback ladies
