Hello ladies-

I O by myself but it's not a good ovulation (prog. level 7.9) so I'm on 50mg of Clomid this month and I'll take my last pill tonight (CD 7). Will Clomid mess up my normal O date? I usually get a positive OPK on CD 16 or 17 and usually O on CD 17. Anyone have any experience with this?

Also...should I start doing OPK's on CD 10, three days after my last pill?

THANKS! Baby dust to us all!

Jen

when i was on clomid for my medicated cycles i(cd2-cd6) I used to start using opks from cd11 onwards most of the time...i only mark the +ve ones on the ff chart though...
dont worry clomid will surely make u O..if not in books times (cd14)..at least later during te cycle...rarely ladies get annovulatory cycles with it...so i hope it'll be the wonder med for u...
good luck and keep us updated...!!!

I have anovulatory cycles unmedicated and have been on Clomid for 3 cycles now to induce ovulation. So far, I haven't O'ed yet. Hopefully I will this cycle though if not I am going to have to take further action I think. From what I have seen from others on Clomid that O while unmedicated is that it can vary. Some O later than usual and some O earlier. Some ladies even O on their normal days. Basically, it depends on the person and how their body does on Clomid. I would be prepared for it at any time though. Good Luck!
