Does your Dr. monitor this level? Mine did a 14 blood draw for estradiol. I don't really know how to interpret the number (394)...which is in normal range. Does it really mean anything?

Estradiol relates to follicle maturity. The average range for a mature follicle is 200-600, i believe, and so they want to see that the number corresponds to the number of follicles showing on a scan. Yours looks right on for having 1-2 mature follicles at the time.

Thank you so much for the reply. I have been trying to do some research on it...but I keep getting conflicting answers.

Glad to help! I don't know a ton about it, but I've learned at least the basics over the last few years, mostly by trial and error, googling, and asking lots of questions from those who know more than me.
