For those of you that have done IVF, when did you actually "feel" like things were going on in your ovaries? I know a lot of us had different protocols, we're doing a flare protocol so we didn't start any meds the month before, I started lupron, follistim, and dexamethasone on CD 3, which was Saturday so I've only been on both of them 2 1/2 days, haven't taken my 3rd follistim injection yet, I do that at 7:30pm, but I have taken 3 doses of lupron. I thought I felt quite bloated last night and felt a little crampy but nothing today, so of course I am wondering how my follies are doing. I am on low doses of everything because they are trying to prevent OHSS and since I am young with no fertility issues, I am only on 5 units of lupron once a day and 150 IU of follistim once a day, when do you think I'll actually really feel like something is going on in there?

I was on pretty low doses as well due to my age and otherwise clean bill of fertility health. It took several days before I really felt anything, and even then I didn't feel too bad. I hope your follies are doing great!

Not until at least day 5/6 - I was never really uncomfortable though.

I was on pretty low doses also and didn't feel much of anything during any of my three rounds. However, I had low ovarian reserve so only produced a few eggs each time so that may be why I never got the feeling of being bloated and uncomfortable.

I am starting to feel a bit crampy now, and since I had an u/s I know why, I have 7 eggs over 10 mm already and 5 almost 10 mm, some large eggs for only 4 days of stimming, cramps are not bad but I am starting to feel then, relieved to know whats going on in there now
