I just got the call to trigger tonight at 11:45pm, we will be doing ER at 11:15am Monday morning, I am excited! The follies grew a lot from yesterday to today, only 24 hours later and one of my follies went from 18mm to 29mm! That almost seems too big but we had multiple at 19mm, 18mm, 17mm, 16mm, and a few 14mm and 13mm that may catch up. I am to take 150 IU of follistim once more tonight with ovidrel and then no more shots! I will be on suppositories for progesterone (Endometrin)...thoughts and prayers that all will go well and that we'll have great quality eggs and most importantly be successful with this IVF!

Yay that's so exciting!!! Will you be doing a 3 day or 5 day transfer?
