As background, after consulting with RE initially just for Factor II diagnosis, he wanted to monitor me for a possible progesterone deficiency as well. On a pure natural cycle (no meds) it turned up low (i think in 8-9 range, where they look for a 10) which started me down the whole path of Clomid + Ovidrel + Prometrium to try to help me "super ovulate" and generate more natural progesterone. On Clomid however, even with 1 pregnancy (early loss), my #s never got much better w/o the Prometrium...a 9 was the highest I got w/o the supplement - and the cycle I was pregnant, even on the supplement only topped out at like 15 i think when they shoot for a 20.

This is my first cycle testing progesterone while on Femara. I don't know whether to attribute the fabulous result to the Femara or dare I hope that maybe it's pointing to this cycle being lucky?? I'm probably getting my hopes up now to have them crushed but I can't help myself when I have nothing to pee on

Yes, taking 200mg 1x/daily for supplement - i just started them last night...i'll keep taking until around 15DPO (with neg hpt) or if cycle turns out lucky i think they'll keep me on it a long time (maybe until 12 weeks or so?)
