My doctor said my progesterone results from 8DPO was 8.8. She said this shows some sign of ovulation, but not totally sure. She didn't think I would ovulate at all this cycle because of a cyst and the follicles scans I had done early in the cycle, but it looks like I did (I think).

I have heard of some girls who had a 10 and where pregnant, but what about 8.8? Is any hope I have a waste of time for this cycle?

My levels started out 5.2 when I first started clomid. Last cylce it was 7.9. My nurse who I talk to all the time said that I have been ovulating. I talk to another nurse and see said they like to see my levels 10 or higher but it was possible to conceive. I've been kind of confused over all this. I've been hearing 10 or higher also from other people and websites. That's all I can tell you. Sorry if this doesn't help. Good luck to you.

Its possible. I have heard of women having progestrone lower than that and they were preggo. The doctors like to see at least 10 for medicated cycles. Its not impossible for you to be preggo with those numbers because unmedicated a progestrone of at least 5 indicates O. I hope that you are preggo!! I guess that we will just wait and see what happens. Don't give up on this cycle until you know for sure!! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!! Good luck girl!!
