Quick update on me...so I was expecting a loooong wait for AF to return post D&C, mostly because after my 1st D&C i had a 47 day wait (hence the Oct 17th date, which was CD47 post this D&C so I had my little mental countdown).

So imagine my surprise when AF returned Sat at precisely 30 days Very unexpected...and honestly really weird, because my levels had only returned to zero about 16 days earlier, so it's clearly a wonky cycle - and bleeding has been fairly light (as compared to normal) so my guess is it was really weak & early ovulation and/or a short luteal phase and lining didn't build up fully.

Anyway, I saw RE yesterday for my baseline scan, and as usual everything looked great - saw 11 follies beginning to develop and I started Femara last night. Same med protocol as before, 2.5mg Femara (CD3-6) + Ovidrel (~CD12, scan to confirm timing)+ 200mg Prog & baby aspirin (usually around DPO3). I go back next Wed for CD12 scan and establish timing for trigger shot!
