It's really nice to take a break once in a while. It think my husband especially needs a break from my TTC obsession. Will you restart trying with or without medical assistance in May?
I was hoping to test next week because AF is due on V Day but I started my typical 6 dpo spotting already so I will save 20 dollars on HPTs. I have my 7 dpo progestrone test tomorrow. I am thinking is has to be low because I am spotting or bleeding for 2 weeks out of 4.
I have a wonderful clinic that has my regular GYNO that specialize in infertility and works with the initial meds of CLOMID/FEMARA. Right around the corner of the same floor is the RE's "intake station". The clinic does all in house IVF, IUI, labs etc. Being that it is a hospital I get all my workup in one place I do not know how it is like for anyone else's or if that is how it is suppose to be
About a year ago my regular GYNO did my lap and DH's SA; all were normal. I will be easing into treatments so for the first month or so I will be working with my regular GYNO and if we move onto anything beyond Clomid/Femara I will be seen by my RE.
I went ahead and went to my PCM for a referral for treatments and then set up my appointment. My appointment is set for May 1st ( biggest reason for the long wait is because the RE is booked until then for new patients) and I will have an official consult with both my regular doctor and RE at the same time. It is nice because they will be working hand in hand together
I know for sure from my last visit, which confirmed the chemical pregnancy, we are going to redo the SA and start with a natural monitoring cycle. My appointment is set for *FINGERS CROSSED* the end of my previous cycle and just in time for the new cycle for that month. I know for sure I will be doing initial bloodwork on CD 3 and DH will have his SA that day. Then we go from there.
I have no idea what happens after that but after my first meeting with the RE, i hope to know more. I just hope and pray all the new bloodwork/SA comes back normal and we can go from there. The RE may want to take another plan of action but I have no idea.
Anyone else ever do a natural monitoring cycle? How exactly will I be "monitored"? LOL So new to it all but i have been doing loads of internet research...
