....waiting for my iui. I'm a nervous wreck and I don't know why! I wish Sam were here. I feel nauseous.
He had great Sperm count with Brylies iui (252mil, 98% motility, 99.4% morph) and I think in scared its going to be really bad or something?

Gah I hate this. I want to be done.

So my chances dwindle since the iui wasn't til cd20? The nurse kind of made me feel like it was a waste

I think your nurse is CCFCCP! (hahaha i laugh everytime) I honestly dont believe if your DR didnt think there was a chance, he would have you go through with it. There is always a glimmer of home just look at Lara... her doc said no way....

I had my iui last year at CD 20 and my doctor didn't tell me that my odds were any less because of it.

I think if your doc didn't think there was a good chance he/she wouldn't have done it. My RE cancelled my IUI.

Crossing my fingers this was it for you!!

As long as your follicles are well developed, that's what counts, especially if you are nonovulatory or a late ovulator on your own.

you're fine - don't listen to that nurse. You were checked and triggered. The timing is perfect and that is some awesome spermies! Glad it's over and now you don't have to be afriad anymore!

Good luck! Don't listen to the nurse. They just want you to be prepared for anything

Great numbers for Sam! How many follies did you end up with? (I think you had 3 developing, correct?)

Me: Autoimmune (Hashimotos and Fibromyalgia), vitamin D and calcium deficiency. Treated with Synthroid, supplements, TCM and acupuncture.

DH: Severe MFI (low counts, low motility, poor morphology and high antibodies), likely caused by poor liver function. Treated with Clomid to increase total counts.

DD: Conceived after 1 year of TTC with progesterone to correct LPD (likely caused by undiagnosed thyroid dysfunction). Born Aug 2009 via c/s after an induction due to pre-e and HELLP.

TTC #2 since Oct10 with an early loss in Aug 2011. Post-wash counts are too low for IUI to be successful, so moving on to IVF/ICSI in May 2014!

IVF/ICSI #1 (May 2014): Estrogen priming and antagonist protocol, including acupuncture and prayer!
17/05/14 - Baseline looks good, start Gonal-F 225iu and Luveris 75iu
28/05/14 - 18 eggs retrieved, 14 mature
29/05/14 - 13 fertilized!!! All are looking great still on day 3, so we're going to blast!
02/06/14 - Transferred one 1BC blast, with 3 other blasts and 3 morulas to watch and freeze
03/06/14 - All embryos have arrested. None to freeze
09/06/14 - Faint BFP at home at 7dp5dt!!!!!
10/06/14 - Beta?

Muffin is right - they were playing good cop, bad cop with you. Trying to not give you to much hope incase it doesn't work.

In no time at all these girls will be begging you to POAS (pee on a stick) and drooling until you post it. LOL

ignore the nurse, it was timed perfectly from your trigger & your RE timed your trigger based on when the follies were mature. Your DH's sperm count was awesome too...i'm super hopeful for you this cycle!!!

His sperm was good...i was a little worried because we DTD monday, before i knew not to..... so it was just a little over 30 hours, and they told me to ensure he didnt empty 2-4 days before.

Muffin, I had 5 developing originally.....4 that were measurable on Monday, but only one on my right ovary that matured. It was probably 21 today, because it was 19mm Monday. I had one on my left that was 17mm Monday, but i don't know if that would do anything?

I'm going to test a week from Tomorrow to see if there's any trigger left. It was a 10,000unit trigger. With Brylie, I tested + with trigger until 9dpiui, then got my bfp on 12dpiui.
