Today's follow up appt/scan with RE went fine, baby is still doing well..measuring slightly ahead (one measurement was 9w0d, one was 9w5d, so averaging 9w3d) and heartbeat was 182. We got to see baby moving a little bit & waving arm buds too!

The SCH is still there, still as big as it was a week ago, and the only good news is that it is positioned below the baby - which implanted high in my uterus - and RE thinks the placenta is up near top so away from the SCH, which is good news at least.

I have some pics which if i can get them scanned tonight I'll add tomorrow...

Next appt is intake with OB's PA on Thursday while they try to work me in with her (she had zero availability for 3 weeks, but given my history they're working me in earlier based on intake appt). RE is so sweet he said I could come back next week for another scan if I want to, even though he's discharging me & technically doesn't have a reason to do one, if it would help put my mind at ease...I'm not sure if I'll take him up on it yet, OB should schedule one for next week as well, but if for some reason that doesn't happen I might go back to RE one more time.

Oh and one interesting data point only my TTCMAers would care about - RE is still puzzling over my EDD...so my trigger shot was on 12/26, and by dating he now thinks I ovulated on 1/1 making it significantly longer (and maybe explaining why my 12DPO hpt was a negative?) than normal for ovulation to occur post trigger.

That is really interesting. So the moral of the story is to keep having sex well after trigger just in case! Either way this bean was meant to be and wants to stay around the whole 9.

I would totally take your RE up on that offer if you can't get in sooner. That was sweet to offer that to help ease your mind. Thanks for the update, I was just wondering about you this morning. And I can't wait to see pics!!

YAY! Can't wait to see pictures! You know, they say some women ovulate twice in a month, not sure if that's possible with the trigger, but maybe you O'd and then O'd again late? I guess anything is possible!
