Hey ladies, well I started prometrium on Friday for 10 days. Hopefully af will come so I can start letrozole for the first time.

My question any of you taken prometrium?? When did af start? I heard it can take up to a week after you stop it. That's a long time!!

Any of you got a bfp first month taking letrozole?

I've done prometrium a few times. First time it took 2 days after my last pill, then 5 days, then over a week. I've not needed it since.

I did get pregnant my first month on letrozole. It ended in miscarriage but that is most likely due to other undiagnosed issues.

I did get pg my first cycle on it but had a m/c also.

I think the chances or how long it takes depends on the person and it's something you should talk to your RE about. Too many variables with each case y/k?

Good luck!
