i was running 3 miles a day 5 days a week but when i told the doc that is what i was doing she quickly restricted that to every other day if that even. she said if i kept running like i was i would ruin the tissue in my knees and not be able to walk. so now i am running 3 miles every other day and on my off days i do those carmen electra work out videos. they are kind of fun.
Yea, I'm with the ice cream excercise and i get a little when I get up 50 times a day to pee
I don't have much tolerance for standing or being up much. Going up and down stairs is already bothering me a lot. With twins you often cannot have a high level of activity...have to keep your heart rate down and such

I'm a big runner but I've decided to really cut back this month because I'm on Clomid and we really want it work! I usually run about 5-7 miles four times a week with a good hour and a half long run on Saturday. But, this month I've been riding the bike at the gym for 45-1hr. or the eliptical for 30 min. four times a week.
