I know that we are still waiting on his count to come back and will have a better idea. But does anyone have any ideas and or suggestions on how we can boost his count naturally with vitamins/supplements?? Just curious.

A lot of ladies on this forum have sworn by GNC supplements.
I'm sure someone will chime in with the details as we've never personally used them.

Hope u don't need it anyway!

DH did acupuncture and he is currently doing fertilaid, count boost, motility boost a men's multivitamin and acetyl l carnitine. Herbs known to increase count include: Asian ginseng, Maca, Tribulus, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc and Coenzyme Q10.

Fertility Blend from GNC for men. Morph went from 2% to 7% Strick. Count went from 200 mil to 400 mill and motility was better too but I can't remember the numbers.

My husband took the Vitality pack of GNC vitamins. I've also read amazing things about warm raw goat milk and raw honey. Says it boosts counts considerably.

Somewhere months back I posted link to study that consuming walnuts significantly improved motility...don't recall if it helped overall count, but walnuts are yummy so can't hurt
