I have the day off *yay* and I'm procrastinating about running errands. I had a pretty busy week last week with having my beautiful children with me for my half of Spring Break. With them here, and my two step children, it was chaotic and wonderful. Now it's so quiet in the house I can barely stand it.

DH leaves in a couple of weeks to go to Texas for three months. Then he'll be home for 4 months and gone for a year to Afghanistan. I knew it was coming. Just didn't realize it'd sneak up so fast.
He's taking 25mg of clomid daily for 25 days. We're getting a repeat SA done when he comes back from Texas at which point we will do three more rounds of clomid/trigger. Make the best of the time we have left basically. DH has been talking about getting out of the army and I'm a little more excited about that than I should be.

DH leaves around the 2nd marker (I can't bear the word anniversary.. there's nothing to celebrate) of the loss of our baby girl. I am having the hardest time with it this year. I feel like I should have fallen pregnant by now. And of course I keep going over the what ifs.

My cat tried to kill me yesterday... she planned it too. Premeditated. She has a habit of dragging her toys all over the house and left one at the top of the stairs. I was talking to DH and saw it, went to avoid it.. and landed halfway down the stairs. My butt hurts like hedes and I swear I heard her giggle along with my DH laughing his butt off.

At any rate - I have no idea where I'm at in my cycle right now other than CD23. I bought a BBT but it's ridonkulous and gives me pretty much the same temps daily. So I think I need a new one already.

I'm watching the squirrels and cardinals on my back patio while the snow falls. I think I'll have a cup of coffee while I psyche myself up to head out. Have a wonderful day!!!

sorry, but I am literally LOLing at the cat part of the story.

*hugs* I hope the clomid works for him and that the next SA gives good news. Where in TX is he headed? I have a bunch of friends that have husbands heading to TX for training soon.

and snow? EWWWWWWWWWW

Ft Bliss, El Paso. Woo. I'm glad I'm not going with him lol. If all goes to plan, he may not even deploy back to Afghanistan which I am insanely happy about.

And yeah it was pretty funny .. evil cat.

Sounds like you have some great things ahead of you. Hoping that the clomid helps out DH and his SA will better than his previous one. Fingers crossed!!!

Here's a mugshot of my evil assassin Kitty, see how evil she is?

At least she's providing me with some distraction from my procreation obsession. In fact her first attempt on my life probably stems from me having her fixed.

Yes it was a long day at the surgery center, no I've barely had enough caffeine to function, yes I'm aware I need therapy.

LOL!!! That would figure he'd be the evil one! Maybe he and Kitty are related.

I'm pretty sure she hates me. Unless it's time for breakfast. When I'm stumbling around getting ready she's all over me like white on rice cause she gets mushy food for breakfast. Any other time she loves on DH and looks at me like I'm so kind of lower class citizen lol.

Praying so hard the clomid/trigger is the magic ticket for you!!

Have some coffee for me, please. I've been trying SO hard to give it up, if I know you're having some for me, I think it will help
