I was talking to Whiskey and it pushed me to ask something I keep forgetting to ask-
What do you do during the TWW?
I know our IVF ladies are told not to. What does everyone else do?
I am super paranoid and don;t want to screw anything up with implantation, but then again I don't think it can/does(?). But logic isn't helping. Neither is exercising 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off

Our conversation got me thinking too. I wonder if you can do something like just walking in the TWW instead?

I just had my 2nd FET two days ago and I'm too scared to do anything during the TWW with the exception of light walking. But then again I am the crazy girl that was scared to pee after my FET because I thought my lil embie might fall out. Lol

I used to just go about daily life, but with all of my miscarriages and problems in the past year or two, I've changed and I am extra cautious now. I just don't want to leave anything to chance....

Good question.. I take a spin class once a week that I LOVE and do some running in between....... Now that spring is coming I usually pick up the pace a bit because of the nicer weather.. I swear if exercising has been hindering my 2WW.. Cannot wait to see how this works out for you!

I used to work out during the TWW but after having several losses I just don't. I know its not bad for you to work out but Im crazy and just don't do it. Plus after my IUI I felt soooo crampy the first few days all I wanted to do was lay in bed.
