So I just had a progesterone test done and it was 11.7. My doctor said that means I did ovulate. But now what?? I started on letrozole this month. Do you guys know what that number could mean? Still kind of new to all of this.

It means that it was a decent ovulation...anything over 10 for an unmedicated cycle is good enough for pregnancy, they look for over 15 on a medicated cycle...for me, most of my unmedicated were around 8 (not so good)...for my son, my progesterone was 10.8 at 7DPO (I didnt need suplements)...

That's a decent number! I usually get somewhere around a one when I don't ovulate. I hope it works for you!!
