Hi, ladies! I have never posted here, but I have read a little and it's clear that you all know your stuff!! I know there are lots of supplements to take to enhance fertility, but is there anything that can hinder it? Is there too much of a good thing? Certain foods? We don't have any known causes at this point other than I have an elevated TSH, but will be getting sperm analysis and I am going to do a clomid challenge. Anyone have advice/experience with that?
Brief history - me, 38 and DH 44, we have 2 kids and 2 consecutive losses (both blighted ovum)
Thanks for any advice/insight!!

Hi there!

Yes, the women here are awesome and they are SOOO smart!!

I really hope your tests go well. Does your dr think your thyroid could be affecting things?
I really don't have any advice, but I wanted to say good luck and I really hope they get you on your way to a healthy pregnancy soon!!

^ its referring to IVF but I am sure it applies to all fertility.

I have read it twice and it makes my anxiety go through the roof because i feel like a failure

Good luck to you!!
