Ha yeah she's something else. She howls all night every night. I actually said to hubby - if we can't cope with this how will we survive a baby? Only none of my human babies were this hard. Honestly - I'm not her biggest fan. I've never had such a high maintenance dog. DH doesn't like her much either.

Awww that's a bummer! Where does she sleep? Is she in a crate at night?

We tried the crate , we tried her being free to roam. We've tried letting her sleep on the bed, we have been taking turns staying up at night so the other person can get sleep.

LOL Lucy - the vet actually gave us a sedative to give to her. Didn't work. She woke up every two hours on the hour howling, barking and crying.

She is so pretty. She misses her mommy and brothers and sisters. Maybe she is calling out to my embies?

She'll stop that within a few more days I bet.

awww...she is just precious. Poor thing must be sad. (btw, I've totally given my puppy melatonin before. it's completely fine for them, but if a sedative didn't work, i'm not sure it will either)

Both pups I have had, have done that for one or two nights, and then stopped. Maybe she is a tad more stubborn!

Yeah it's been a couple weeks. So I don't see it can get better at this point. But.. we'll keep trucking.
